Large Programmable Keyboard
The ER-940 is designed for restaurants and can be customized to fit your menu. We provide a tool to create and maintain your own custom keyboard templates, so you never have to rely on a dealer. The large keyboard is perfect for handling extensive menus, and multiple levels are available for additional flexibility.

Two-Station Thermal Printer
The ER-940 features a fast, quiet thermal printer, making it durable and distinct from the ER-920. The drop-in loading system allows for quick and easy paper changes. It uses 2.25" thermal paper, the most commonly available size on the market.

Standard RS-232 Communication
With built-in serial ports, the ER-940 can connect to various peripherals such as kitchen printers, computers, and text overlay for DVR systems. The most common device connection is a Datacap Twin Tran credit card interface or SmartECR, enabling seamless payment processing with fewer errors. Additionally, it supports gift card transactions.
